Last year, the restaurant in Monaco received its first star from a celebrity guide and joined the ranks of renowned establishments on the Côte d'Azur. It is also the first 100% bio-restaurant to receive a star from the guide. In this place chef Antonio Salvatore offers both classical dishes and original author's ones.
Originally from southern Italy, Antonio Salvatore has never stopped traveling, thanks to his profession. Here, in the former Rampoldi cigar lounge, he created a dining room (only five tables) where he offers modern, delicious and refined Italian cuisine of the highest level. The products used in the kitchen are of excellent quality, as they come from neighboring towns such as Menton and San Remo, from local producers. Also, some products are brought from the south of Italy.

Louis XV - Alain Ducasse
One of Monaco's most starry restaurants, Alain Ducasse's Louis XIV holds three Michelin stars. In the kitchen, only locally sourced ingredients are used: fish caught in the region, herbs and vegetables grown in the sunshine of the Riviera.
